When will I receive my new card?
You will automatically receive your new card by the end of October as long as you continue to meet our credit criteria. Once you receive your new card in the mail, you will have 30 days to activate it. Please be sure to activate your new card, as your old card will expire 30 days after you receive your new one.

Will I need to update credit card information where I have it saved on other retailers’ website?
Yes. Although the account number on your new card will stay the same, the 3-digit CVV number on the back will change.
Will payments to my account that I have previously scheduled be made?
Any payments you have previously scheduled to be paid through October 12, 2019 will be paid. Any payments scheduled from October 13, 2019 through October 16, 2019 will not post due to system maintenance. The system will resume this functionality on October 17, 2019.
What will happen to the existing cash back rewards I have earned on the old card since the last payout in January?
Cash back rewards you’ve earned so far this year will automatically transfer to the new Cash Back Mall system. You can choose to redeem your cash back rewards as an account credit, or as a deposit directly to your Century Federal checking or savings account. You will be able to see the rewards you have earned through Online Banking, on your credit card statements/eStatements, or by using the CFCU Visa app on your smartphone.

Will I be able to open a new Visa Signature 1.0% Cash Back account if I close my existing account?
No. If you decide to close your existing Visa Signature 1.0% Cash Back credit card account, you will not be able to open a new one.

When can I request the cash back that I have earned?
Anytime! Once your Cash Back reward total has accrued to a minimum of $5, you can request cash back at will. (It may take up to three business days for rewards to post.) The cash back can be redeemed as an account credit or a credit to your Century Federal checking or savings account
How can I earn the additional cash back being advertised on Cash Back Mall by a merchant?
For online offers, you need to use the link to the merchant provided in Cash Back Mall and pay with your Century Federal Visa Signature card in order to earn the additional Cash Back. Make sure to read the details of the offer before you buy. For some in-store offers, you may see an “Activate” button next to the offer. You will need to click that button prior to shopping at that merchant to earn the additional cash back reward. If you "Activate" a reward for an in-store offer, please note the expiration date. Once that date has passed, that offer will no longer be active. If no button or link is present, simply use your Century Federal Visa Signature card to make your purchase in-store.
Does the cash back reward advertised by a merchant include the 1.0% cash back that I’m earning on my Century Federal Visa Signature card?
The cash back reward advertised by a merchant in Cash Back Mall is in addition to the 1.0% that you earn from Century Federal.
Does the cash back I have earned ever expire?
Cash back rewards you have earned expire 4 years from when they were earned. Cash back rewards are displayed on your credit card statement every month.
